ORDERS

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. Double check your shipping address to make sure it is correct. If you are personalizing a product please make sure to triple check your spelling. If you do realize a mistake you need to contact us immediately within two hours of placing your order and let us know. We will do our best to try to help you.

PROCESSING

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed 1-3 business days depending on the item. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday. Certain products may have longer processing times and will be noted on the product pages.

Please allow for processing and shipping time to receive your order. Shipping time on average is 2-5 business days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment tracking number. Your order could arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.
